Being Neuro Divine and Finding my Superpower...

​

Singing, Music and Natural Health have always been central to my life. I’ve been a healing therapist since 1999 and a singer since I could speak. And if you know me, you know I love to chat!

 

I'm an intuitive Neuro Divine (Neurodivergent) Therapist, Energy Healing Teacher, Singer, Motivational Speaker and Sacred Space Holder with over 25 years experience. I create safe, nurturing spaces that soothe your nervous system and guide you towards deep self-acceptance.

But I wouldn’t be the therapist, singer or person I am today without doing my own inner healing work. I had some old insecurities and beliefs I needed to deal with; Reiki and EFT (Tapping) changed my world and how I see it.

 

In my late 20's just before the millenium, I returned to England after living in the USA. At that point, my world had fallen apart on many levels, including love, career and home. I experienced a mental and physical breakdown that led to hospitalisation, where I nearly lost my life.

​

The following year, my mum introduced me to Reiki. Back then, the internet wasn't at our fingertips, so I had no idea what to expect. I simply trusted mum and the energy, and I travelled from London to Dorset to attend the weekend training, and spent most of it in tears! Tears of relief, joy and long held pain finally being released.

 

I remember saying to my Reiki Teacher, Annabel,

"I really needed this last year"

​

She replied with words that have stuck in my mind to this day,

​

"You weren't ready for this last year. You're ready now."

​

That moment taught me something profound, that everything comes to you with divine timing, even when you think you know better, or want it sooner.

​

My healing journey had begun. I went on to become a Reiki Master Teacher and, for the first time, felt like I was coming home to myslef.

​

My path then took me around the world, exploring and training in different healing modalities...  * All my training credentials are just below

I first stumbled across EFT in Thailand whilst on a detox cleansing retreat. The one-to-one sessions allowed me to access deeply hidden parts of myself with incredible speed and clarity. I knew knew this was a missing piece of my healing tool-kit.

 

As soon as I returned to the UK, I trained as an EFT practitioner. I'm now an Advanced EFT therapist.

​

Both EFT and Reiki have transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined. If I had learned these techniques as a child, my world would have felt so much easier to navigate.

​

For many years, I struggled with feeling different, living (and masking) with undiagnosed ADHD, OCD and Dyslexia. But over time, I've come to embrace what I now call being "Neuro Divine".  My brain is wired differently, and these traits are not limitations, they are my Superpower, allowing me to see the world in a different and beautiful way.

 

In my 40’s, I finally broke through the barriers I’d created and allowed my voice to be heard. I released my music, which has been played on BBC Radio including Radio 6 Music.

 

I've since trained in Sound Healing, transforming my relationship with music from performance into something deeply therapeutic.

​

Now, my misision is simple, to inspire others to embrace every part of themselves, and follow their dreams too!

​

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and heal from within. Inner child healing, in particular, is a powerful pathway to self-love and deep acceptance.

​

Facing my fears gave me the courage to give my music the chance it deserved. After a post-performance euphoria, my singer-self had a good old chat with my therapist-self and decided we could use this formula to help others free themselves and unlock their true potential.

 

Because, it’s never too late.

And those negative voices that say you can’t...
