Reiki Level 1 *Dates for 2023 coming soon* The focus of the first-degree course is the practical integration of Reiki into every day life, for self-healing and also for use with friends and family The weekend will be a relaxing mixture of: - Guided Meditations - Energy Healings - Sharing Circles - Reiki hand positions for self-treatment - Reiki hand positions for treating friends and family - Grounding & Protection techniques - Chakra meanings and how they correspond with Reiki - Reiki History & Origins - Reiki Principles Reiki Level 1 will also include Reiki Attunements, a Manual and a Certified Certificate Plus a sprinkling of joy & laughter... All Reiki courses are held in a magical beautiful garden studio in Streatham SW London Courses will be held: Saturday 10am - 6pm Sunday 10am - 2pm Weekend Course Price is £295 If you come with a friend, you both get £10 discount Contact me for payment plans

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment time on elanedra59@gmail.com. I am always happy to accommodate your needs if I can. If you have not rescheduled or cancelled, and do not show up, I'm sure you understand you will be charged for a full session.
